IF you DID NOT SIGN up at profved.com and placed the order as a guest, Please note that before you can access your product, we will need to set up an account for you. Our customer care will get in touch with you within 24 hours to set that up for you. Alternatively, for immediate access you can reach out to our customer care through the contact details provided on the website. 

IF you signed up at profved.com and you were logged in before placing the order, you can immediately start access your course. Please follow the instructions below. 

Check under your profile icon (top right) Enrolled courses.  Under that please visit Active Courses. Under Active Courses, please click the title of each course to access your lessons.

You will also shortly receive communication (email/sms) from us on how to access your product.
