What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We also store all student assignments, videos, comments, and feedback submitted in any digital format on our website.
Data & Content submitted by users
We store all data sent by users (students, parents, faculty & others) in the form of assignments, activities, contest entries, comments, feedback, or any other, submitted in any format on our website/app in secure locations for our future reference. Constant inspiration, motivation and encouragement for students and parents are at the core of the best learning practices, and, accordingly they form the core of pedagogy at Vedx.
To that effect we hold the right to a) use selected content to inspire a student/parent b) to use selected, inspirational content to encourage and inspire fellow students & parents c) to use such content as part of felicitating or celebrating the achievement of a student/parent or Vedx. The selection of content for such purposes will be on the basis of merit, devoid of any biases, and at the sole discretion of higher authorities at Vedx.
Such content may be shared with a student/parent, circulated among a section of student-parents or posted on websites, apps and social media handles owned by Vedx. We do not share any data or content with 3rd party.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. How long do we retain your data
If you submit information, the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Fees & Payments
There are two kinds of fees payable for our programs. The first is a one-time LMS & Education material fee. This fee is non-refundable. The second is a monthly subscription fee. Your payment method will be automatically charged every month once you set up the subscription. In case you want to opt out of the program you have two options. First, you can cancel the subscription from your end at any time. Second, you can request our representative through email at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to help you cancel your subscription.
Please note that there is no refund once the monthly fee of a month is paid. Kindly complete your classes and cancel your subscription for the next month.
